AGE RESTRICTIONS ON ACCESS AND PURCHASES
You must be 21 years of age to purchase hemp consumable products, Age Restricted items will require Age Verification upon checkout. You must be of legal age required by the state or province you are in to purchase our products. It is your responsibility to know whether you are legally able to purchase our products.

We may also provide Commercial Users you select with suggested products for you based upon information that we gather about your shopping history or consumers with similar shopping histories.

We may also provide the seller  with suggested products for you based upon information that we gather about your shopping history or consumers with similar shopping histories.

We may also provide Commercial Users you select with suggested products for you based upon information that we gather about your shopping history or consumers with similar shopping histories.  When the Jane technology is integrated with a Commercial User’s website, you may submit personal information to the Commercial User as well as Jane, and in that case your information is also governed by the Commercial User’s privacy policies. WE may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our provision of the Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, provide customer support, perform Service-related services (e.g., maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Service’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

If we become aware that anyone under-age has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information and the associated account.

AMENDMENTS
WE have the sole discretion to make changes to our Privacy Policy. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy that, in our discretion,  and as applicable by law.
