All consumable hemp product sales are final, all other products may be returned within 15 days with proof of purchase. 

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement or refund.

If you received a defective package please email sale@sherlockhemp.com within 24 hours days of delivery, include a photo of the product and order number.

User dependent. The maximum concentration in hemp is 0.3% THC. These small amounts will not typically cause one to fail a drug test. The potential for hemp products to cause a positive drug test depends on several factors, including the THC content of the product, the type of drug test administered, and individual usage patterns. Using THC-free hemp products such as isolates, broad spectrum or labeled THC-free can reduce the likelihood of failing a drug test.

By federal law, hemp products must contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. While this is a minimal amount, it can accumulate in the body over time, especially with regular use, potentially leading to detectable levels in drug tests. Metabolism, body composition, and frequency of use can influence how THC is processed and eliminated from the body, affecting test outcomes. Results from drug testing vary depending on the type of tests.

• Blood Tests: Used to detect current impairment.
