Color
Hemp shirts fade over time due to hemp fibers natural high absorbency making them more prone to color loss during washing which gradually breaks down color pigments causing color fading. Using gentle natural detergents and air drying can help preserve the color
Color Care:
Finished clothing product is washed in color, rather than dying fabric prior to cutting resulting in variations in color & a softer texture. It’s suggested to wash naturally dyed pieces by themselves first, to ensure no dye runoff.

Weight
Several factors affect the weight of our T-shirts varies based on the fabric blend and thickness the following factors affect weight:
Fabric Density: The heavier (GSM) (ie) 200+ increases the t-shirts overall weight. A general guideline comparison are:  Small – 5.5- 6.5 ounces   X-Large – 7.5 to 9.5 ounces
Blend: A hemp cotton blend is lighter the 100% hemp.
Fit & Cut: Oversized or relaxed fit styles wright slightly more.
Shrinkage – Hemp T-shirts may shrink slightly after washing affecting weight marginally
